storage for any industry. It supports file-based networking protocols such as NFS,
SMB/CIFS, HTTP/WebDAV and FTP. It supports built-in iSCSI target service, which can
easily replace expensive and complex Fibre Channel in SAN. This 8-bay tower McNAS-8000
is designed for small or medium-sized enterprises that require optimum file-accessibility
and high-performance file-sharing for both Mac and Windows based computers.
McNAS-8000 supports both block-level and file-level storage networking protocols.
Storage may be allocated across any or all protocols simultaneously allowing data
to be accessed from a heterogeneous base of network clients - Mac, Windows or Unix.
