 Warranty and RMA

 

1. Warranty

Kaleidonet warrants its hardware products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, and purchased from Kaleidonet or its authorized resellers during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Kaleidonet will, at its sole option,

(a) repair the product using new, remanufactured, or refurbished parts,

(b) replace the product with a product that is functionally equivalent to the original product, or

(c) refund the purchase price of the product if it is not repairable or replaceable.

 

A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes customers' property and the replaced item becomes Kaleidonet' property. When a refund is given, your product becomes Kaleidonet's property.

 

Kaleidonet doesn't warrant any products on which the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed, any products which are not sold by authorized resellers, or modified or removed or products that are damaged by service performed by anyone who is not explicitly authorized by Kaleidonet. The warranty does not cover the product for damages due to improper installation, improper testing, improper operation, abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, alteration, corrosion, and any acts of God.

 

Kaleidonet and its authorized resellers will provide its most comprehensive technical support, but are not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media, or any other non-Kaleidonet products. 2. RMA

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) must be obtained from our RMA department and is required for ALL returns. RMA units must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization # at which time the Return Authorization # expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Kaleidonet reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer.

 

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the copy of invoice, serial number intact, and all components, manuals included.  Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.
